At ME-RA we conform to a strict hygiene protocol. We, unfortunately, do not accept returns or refunds on pieces based on variations in size or structure from images. As each piece is handmade from natural stones, no two pieces are alike and deviations in colour, structure, and texture of each stone is common. If you are unsure and need clarification on any piece, please contact our stylish team, and we will do our best to assist you in choosing the perfect piece. Please ensure that you are aware of the size and dimensions of the pieces before purchasing.

Your ME-RA jewels were damaged during transit?

We strive to ensure that each piece reaches your hands in only the best condition. Should you find that your jewelry has been damaged upon arrival, please do contact us instantly, within 24 Hours of being delivered. We will make swift arrangements, to the best of our ability, to replace your piece. Please contact us within the stipulated timeframe at [email protected] should you require assistance in this regard.
